Joondalup MLA Emily Hamilton and Burns Beach MLA Mark Folkard strongly advocated
for the upgrades and secured a grant of $750,000 as part of the Local Projects, Local
Jobs initiative.
The Joondalup Sports Club is home to a number of local sporting groups, including
the Joondalup Netball Association, Joondalup Brothers Rugby Union Football Club,

XTR (triathlon).

up in the green and gold or playing social sport on weekends - and we are
committed to providing top-class facilities throughout Western Australia.”
Comments attributed to Joondalup MLA Emily Hamilton:
“Joondalup is a growing area and it’s important we continue to deliver the
infrastructure and services that our local groups need.”

It brings people together and helps build camaraderie.”
